  • I feel really bloated since I started eating my plant-based diet. Does this mean it’s not right for me and I should quit?
    Remember that a plant-based diet contains a lot more fibre.     No, you don’t! The next time you get the chance, for example, if your doctor prescribes blood tests for other reasons, ask them to check your vitamin B12, homocysteine, folate levels and blood count as well.
