# My credit card has expired. How can I log back into Planter?

If your credit card has expired, update it within 14 days to avoid account suspension. You can do it from the App Store or Google Play Settings. If you subscribed via our website and paid via Stripe, click here to manage your subscription and billing details: https://app.planter.eco/profile/subscription-details. 
You can also contact support@planter.eco to receive a secure link to update your payment information directly.
