I feel really bloated since I started eating my plant-based diet. Does this mean it’s not right for me and I should quit?

Remember that a plant-based diet contains a lot more fibre. So, bloating is to be expected at first, especially if your diet lacked fibre before switching, as your intestines aren’t used to managing the increase in roughage. But don’t worry! The good news is that if you persevere, the problem will resolve itself after 2-3 weeks at the most.
