How can I cancel my subscription?

The steps to cancel your subscription or free trial vary based on your sign-up method.


If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play:


In this case, you will see Planter in your active subscriptions settings, and you can cancel it directly from there.

Important note: simply deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription or free trial managed by Apple or Google.

To stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription or trial using the methods required by the stores listed above.


Important note 2: not seeing Planter among your Apple or Google subscriptions does not mean it was cancelled (otherwise it would appear as expiring or expired).

It means the subscription was activated through the website, so it is normal not to find it in your store’s subscription section. In this case, follow the instructions below (website subscription).


Important note 3: uninstalling the app from your phone does not cancel the free trial or the subscription and is not a valid cancellation method.


If you subscribed directly through the planter.eco website and downloaded the application later:


You can cancel your subscription or free trial in three ways:


  • By deleting the account directly from the app or web app before renewal (Profile → Profile Management → Delete Account). Your access to Planter will stop immediately. Warning: uninstalling the app does not delete your user account.
  • From a computer: log in to the web app (app.planter.eco), enter the email used during registration, go to the Profile section, and select Billing Details → Manage your subscription on Stripe.
  • From a mobile phone: if you don't already have an open session, go to app.planter.eco and open it by authorising your email. Once done, click on this link or paste it into your browser: https://app.planter.eco/profile/subscription-details . Then, select Manage your subscription with Stripe.

Please remember that our terms and conditions, which you accepted during registration, do not allow for refunds after the end of the trial week.
