How can I cancel my subscription?

The steps to cancel your subscription or free trial vary based on your sign-up method.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play:

You'll find Planter in your active subscriptions settings, and you can cancel it directly from there.

Please Note: the simple deletion of your account does not terminate the current subscription or free trial with Apple or Google. To prevent future charges, please cancel your subscription or free trial using the methods explained above, as required by the corresponding store.


Not seeing Planter among your Apple or Google subscriptions does not mean you've cancelled it (otherwise, you would see it as about to expire or expired). It means you activated it through our website, so it is normal not to find it in the subscriptions section on your store. Please follow the instructions below.

If you subscribed directly through the planter.eco website and downloaded the application later:
You can cancel your subscription or free trial in three ways:
By deleting the account directly from the app or web app before renewal (Profile → Profile Management → Delete Account). Your access to Planter will end immediately.

From a computer: log in to the web app (app.planter.eco), enter the email used during registration, go to the Profile section, and select Billing Details → Manage your subscription on Stripe.

From a mobile phone: if you don't already have an open session, go to app.planter.eco and open it by authorising your email. Once done, click on this link or paste it into your browser: https://app.planter.eco/profile/subscription-details. Then, select Manage your subscription with Stripe.

Please remember that our terms and conditions, which you accepted during registration, do not allow for refunds after the end of the trial week.
