# ... edit my settings or those of a family member?

From the profile section, click on Members and preferences and select your profile or that of your family member who you want to make changes for.
From here, you can select the characteristic to edit (age, gender, level of physical activity, allergies, etc.) and save the new preferences.
Please note that if you change allergies or ingredients to avoid, the recipes in the plan will be recalculated.
