Can I change my plan to a different billing frequency?

You can change the duration of your plan at any time, and the change will take effect from the following renewal.
This must be done before the current subscription expires.
If you subscribed to Planter through the app (via the App Store or Google Play), you need to access the Profile section, select the Billing Details option, and choose the billing frequency you prefer. The change will be effective from the day following the expiration date of your current subscription.
If you subscribed to Planter directly on the planter.eco website from a browser (on a smartphone or computer), you will need to:
From your computer: log in to the web app (app.planter.eco), enter the email used during registration, go to the Profile section, and select Billing Details → Manage your subscription on Stripe.
From your smartphone: if you don't already have a session open, go to app.planter.eco and open it by authorising your email. Once done, click on this link or paste it into your browser: https://app.planter.eco/profile/subscription-details. Then, select Manage your subscription with Stripe.
