# ... add a family member to the plan?

In the profile section, click on Settings and select the "Add" button at the bottom. You will be asked a few questions (name, gender, age, level of physical activity, allergies, etc.), so that Planter can balance the plan for them too. If you and your family have different needs (for example, your baby is being weaned or has allergies, etc.), the recipes in your plan will be recalculated.
We, therefore, recommend adding all of your family members before making any changes to the plan and doing the grocery shopping.
